Cozy and bright basement apartment right in the heart of downtown Wayzata for up to four guests. Both short-term and extended stay available. Five minute walk to main street, as well as two grocery stores. Queen-size murphy bed as well as a full-size pull-out couch. Full bathroom with shower. Galley kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Private laundry and dryer. Full control of temperature. Cable tv included. Pets allowed, please inquire prior to booking for approval.

This is the second time we have stayed there and we have loved being there! It’s very close to downtown Wayzata, easy walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Loved the heated bathroom floors, that was a major plus.!

Very clean and cozy. We appreciated that and the little touches and kitchen gadgets as well. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants and the lake.Highly recommend

The property is in need of some care and attention. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls . It would be really helpful to have guidance on how to use all the appliances , most properties we have stayed in have a folder with lots of helpful hints. The toilet brushes need replacing ! Sadly we had noisy people staying upstairs who seemed to wear hobnail boots. Several nights of disturbed sleep mean we will not be returning on next trip to the area.
