Enjoy the only 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Penthouse Condo in Princesa that is easily upgradable to a two or three-bedroom / two-bath condo in case you have additional guests. Book now as a one-bedroom and easily add a second or third bedroom anytime prior to your arrival date. Two or Three Bedroom rates apply to any upgrades.

Our family-owned condo is situated in Building E, the closest building to the ocean. You'll feel truly connected to the beach with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez right from your patio. All photos of the pools and beach have been taken from the condo itself, showcasing the breathtaking scenery you can enjoy during your stay. Recently, our condo underwent a complete remodel aimed at preserving the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort while incorporating essential modern amenities to enhance your experience. Upgrades include complimentary high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, and HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.
Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.
The condo itself is a Penthouse with a large living room. The Pineapple bedroom overlooks the beach and has a King size bed. The main floor also has a balcony overlooking the water with a spacious bar top seating area making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the great views of the resort's private pools or the waves rolling in on the beach.
The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.
We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time to Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor, our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. Even if you don't have cellular coverage in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Also included in the Digital Welcome Book is a complete list of Google Map Directions of nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, must-see attractions, and various other popular things to do and see during your stay. We have stayed at several condos in Princesa and this one is by far the nicest we have every stayed in. Clean and modern but still has the rustic charm of Mexico. DirecTV was an unexpected bonus as I was able to watch a little college ball. Condo is located right on the beach so you have amazing views. Owner is very responsive and very helpful. Keyless check-in and no lines to stand in. Arrive at the gate, get your wristbands, and straight to the condo. Love the fact that I did not need to go to a reception desk to checkin and get keys.

This place is perfect! It is clean, close to the water, is upgraded and the bed is very comfortable. We were so pleased with this place and consider it our new favorite. We have been going to RP for about 20 years now so that is a lot of condos we have stayed in. This one is perfect. We plan to return.

From booking to check out our experience was exceptional. Our host Scott responded quickly to our booking request and provided excellent directions for our use during our stay. This condo is beautifully remodeled and has everything you need. The resorts heated pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use BeachBumCondos for our next stay in Rocky Point.

This condo is well maintained and beautiful. Fantastic location with privacy. The grounds were beautiful and staff that we saw were friendly and we felt safe. The views were incredible from the balconies and we loved everything about it. Owner was great to work with and even gave us a generous perk for our stay because we were celebrating our anniversary. Would definitely book this condo again for a future visit!
