About this apartment rental
Looking for a longer term accommodation but don't want to hassle with lengthy leases? This spacious apt comes fully furnished with kitchen and plenty of privacy. Residence is rural, but within 5 minutes of great shopping and 15 min from the university.
Quiet and safe neighborhood. This apartment is connected to our family home but maintains a private feel as it sits above our garage. Being on the 2nd Floor, the apartment provides some great views of Missoula's surrounding mountains.

- This is a non-smoking & non-vaping/e-cig family friendly apartment. Please no smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use in the apartment nor on or around the property.
-The apartment does NOT have a washer/dryer so guests need to find a laundromat during their stay. We will wash apt linens/towels periodically when requested.
-We do have 3 children who love to play outside and you may hear them as they play if the windows are open.
-We may be able to accommodate more than two guests. Please don't hesitate to ask.

Amy and Adam's rental was just perfect for our 4 nights in Missoula! The rental had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping needs. Highly recommend. Nice couple to chat with as well. Next time I'll have to tag along on a river raft trip with them:)
