We enjoyed being on Hutchinson Island so much. The location is great for walking, biking and running! Not in walking distance of restaurants but certainly for the ocean! The people we came in contact with in the gated community were all very friendly.
The townhouse was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable as well. They also supplied all the necessities for the beach and the pool.
The only down side for us was the townhome that is attached was being renovated so it was very noisy at times…. But no fault of the owners of ours. We would certainly go back again!!

Definitely one to save to your list of places to return too. The property was spacious and had plenty of space for a large family with conveniences to accommodate all ages. The lift inside was also a big bonus to help with bringing suitcases to the top floor. The owners were very friendly and helpful even with a late night check in. He provided his cell and was more than helpful. Beach access was easy to use and super convenient all in all a great stay!
