Our home has stunning views of the lake and Okemo with an entire wall of windows across the living room and kitchen, 20ft high ceilings with huge architectural beams. The openness makes it possible for everyone to feel connected across the kitchen and living room and even out to the deck! This house stands out from the rest with its unique fresh, nautical feel – lots of blue and white to make you feel at one with your surroundings and a seemless transition from indoors to out.

All bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has 3 bedrooms plus open plan sleeping area - a king size master bedroom with an all new en-suite bathroom ; both second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. In addition the downstairs open plan room has two single beds and a brand new full bathroom. In total the house can very comfortably sleep 8 people across two levels with 2½ bathrooms.

The living room boasts a beautiful new wood burning fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the lake and Okemo in the distance. The kitchen is open plan with a large table to seat 8 people with windows overlooking the lake. All the amenities you need in a kitchen are provided - gas cooker, new stainless appliances, coffee machine, waffle machine, blender, toaster - we have them all - and a gas BBQ out on the deck. The living room and kitchen both open onto a beautiful deck stretching across the front of the house and directly overlooking the lake, with stairs down to a stunning new stone patio entertainment area and direct access to the lake.

On the main level the master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the side garden and lake through 3 huge windows and the master bath is beautifully decorated with tumbled marble, a heated floor and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with a queen bed is decorated with a sailing theme and architecturally inspired sliding barn door. The third bedroom with queen bed is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower on the lower level (still above ground).

The lower level has windows overlooking the lake and offers access to the patio and dock through double French doors. This huge open space (almost 1000sqft) has a 65” flat screen TV (with 5.1 surround sound system), PlayStation 5 , ping pong table and two additional single beds (creating a fourth sleeping area) making it a great place for the kids to hang out!. There is also a full laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the lower level.

In summer, we offer the use of paddle boards, kayak and canoe. Our 130' lake frontage is in a bay with shallow water access and offers a protective cove. Stairs off the dock create additional access to the water. In the winter, the mudroom provides ample space for helmets, boots and jackets with a large garage available to store your skis and snowboards.

The village of Ludlow, contains lots of great restaurants with fine dining (if you ever want to leave our home away from home), and Weston, a quick 15-minute drive away, is home to the famous Vermont Country Store (with the best cheese around) and also offers great theatre productions. Nearby, Manchester is well known for its many designer factory outlets and Woodstock, for New England charm.
