This executive business and/or family retreat condo sits on a cove overlooking the main channel of the Osage Arm. This particular condo is located on the entry level of the condo complex and has no steps from the parking lot to the front door making it a very desirable unit.  The condo consists of two bedrooms and two baths.

Upon arrival at the Regatta Bay condo, you`ll immediately leave your worries and cares behind. The owners have done a wonderful job providing all the comforts and amenities for a home away from home. Through the Entry is an open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The Living Room is supplied with plenty of seating and cable flat screen TV.  The Dining area(s) can easily accommodate 4 and the Kitchen is large enough for cook and helpers and includes a breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom Suite (king size bed) overlooks the lake and a TV with cable hook-up.  Directly off the master bedroom is the spacious master bath with a shower tub. Back off the Entry and down the hall to the right is the second bedroom with two twin beds, TV cable hook-up and a shower bath. The owners have also provided guests with access to two twin size Aero beds which are located in the master bedroom closet.  

The condo itself takes in a spacious view of the Lake from the large screened in porch. The Screened-In Porch is easily accessible from the Living Room's larger slider doors. The Porch is equipped with a charming seating area, and additional seating/lounging for your favorite guests. You`ll easily pass the hours away taking in the Lake views from this ideal outdoor setting. There is a gas grill for guest access as well - which is located near the entry door to the condo.

Additionally there is a community boat slip that may be available to rent on a first come first serve basis.  The slip is 10x30 and rents for $25 per day.  Please let us know in advance if there is an interest to rent the slip and we will reach out to the owner to confirm availability.

The spacious 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, cable TV, ceiling fans, all bedding, and dish towels. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and furnished laundry area off the kitchen.

If you want to be close to all the Lake attractions, this condo is the place to stay! You are just 10 minutes from the Lake of the Ozarks State Park and have an easy drive to both the Premium Outlet Mall and Big Surf Water Park. Other attractions are easily within 15-20 minutes driving distance, and a leisure drive to the "quieter side" of the Lake is attainable in about 30 minutes.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
