A detached cottage located in the village of Caersws. It can sleep up to nine people in four bedrooms.
Ty Berllan is a detached cottage situated in the village of Caersws, Powys. It holds a master bedroom with en-suite, two doubles and a triple single bedroom. Inside you will also find a shower room and an additional family bathroom. Additional rooms include a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for eight, a games room and a sitting room with a woodburning fire. The property hosts ample off-road parking. Outside the home, there is an lawned garden area, patio area with hot tub, table and chairs. Ty Berllan offers a lovely escape to Wales.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, freezer, washing machine, tumble dyer, TV, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Large garden area with lawned area, hot tub seating 6-8 people with full jets and lights and patio area which has seating and table. Dogs welcome at an additional charge. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Note: The property also homes stables, where guests are welcome to bring their horses at an extra charge Note: Cot and highchair available upon request 2 weeks prior to arrival.
