UNIQUE IN PARIS !! A real country house in the heart of old Paris, with a large private garden and a heated swimming pool (all year long).
Jardins du Panthéon is a 350sqm house dating back from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2016 in a contemporary and warm style, can accommodate up to 10 people (5 bedrooms in the house + a studio in the garden).
The house has a large garden of 300m2 itself surrounded by other gardens. Peace assured while being 2 minutes walk from the charming Place de la Contrescarpe and Rue Mouffetard. The pool is heated all year round at 30 degrees, without any vis-à-vis (it has a counter current swimming system).
The house is on 4 levels: a basement with cinema room and laundry room, the ground floor with the living room, the dining room and the full kitchen overlooking the garden, the 1st floor with the master bedroom, its dressing room, a very large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a desk opening onto a private terrace of 20m2, the 2nd floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Travelers have access to the entire property starting at the garden door. Private parking is available in this same courtyard.
Depending on the period, a 25m2 studio with kitchen and bathroom, refurbished in 2018 and very nicely decorated, may be available at an additional cost (750E / night). It is accessible from the courtyard. 2 smaller studios located in the garden can also be rented (350€/night).
