Ridgepoint 141 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a 3-Bedroom + Loft that functions as a 4-Bedroom. This beautiful townhome combines the comfort of a luxury home with the convenience of easy access to the slopes. Walk a half of a block and find yourself directly on the ski run, then take the Beaver Creek Landing chairlift to access the rest of the mountain. At the end of the day, you can ski directly into your parking lot! This spacious home has a light and airy feel and multiple decks to enjoy the beautiful views and Colorado sunshine. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all of the tools you need to create a great meal for your family, or you can take your private on-call shuttle to Beaver Creek Village to enjoy a night out. The on-call shuttle even has an easy to use app so you know right when it will be in front of your door! There is a shared hot tub for you to enjoy after a long day of skiing, and pool and tennis court access in the summertime.

Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. I booked this weekend getaway at Ridgepoint in Beaver Creek with hopes of seeing some fall color, but we were a bit early for that. However, our stay in this condo unit was very nice. It is fully appointed with everything you need, whether it’s a weekend or a longer stay. The area was quiet, the hot tub was hot and the pool was heated. Our weather was rainy and cool and we sure enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. This unit is right near a couple trails, right outside the door which is very nice. There’s also a free shuttle bus that makes the rounds for pick up to the village and I believe it also goes into Avon. I would definitely stay here again! Communication with property manager was excellent as well!A note: in the description of rooms/beds, the room with two twin beds in the loft also has a king bed rather than a queen, which is ideal for families with young children.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beavercreek! We had a family of 10, and there was more than enough space for everyone—plus room to spare. The condo was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with a pickleball/tennis court right next door and a pool just around the corner. The convenient bus service that picked us up right at the door was the cherry on top. You truly couldn’t ask for anything better—we can’t wait to come back!

The place and location were EXACTLY what we wanted in a mountain ski house for multiple families coming together to ski and hang out. The process for booking and check out could use some streamlining, however. We received multiple emails after booking for confirmation, contract signing, etc - none of which had any helpful information. Prior to check in we then received “arrival instructions” that were scant without any mention of number of parking spots leaving us to make a lot of guesses. Finally, there were ZERO instructions for check out. In fact the cleaners arrived at 9am and informed us check out was at 10am (then again at 9:45) - causing us to scramble. I’m still not sure if we did everything right but did our best to clean up, take out trash, pile towels, etc. With a few tweaks, this listing would be top notch.
