This warm and inviting cottage apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Dunoon. Hazel Bank is a charming upper level apartment with it’s own private entrance. Spacious and comfortable living sleeping up to four guests. An ideal base to explore the beautiful Cowal Peninsula.

This villa apartment provides a warm welcome from the moment you enter. The interior of the apartment is recently refurbished and well presented. The main hallway leads you to a spacious living room. Filled with comfortable furniture and a feature gas fire place. An area to relax and enjoy the lovely garden views and in the distant the sea views out to the west. The dining area of the living room features a table and four chairs.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all your modern appliances for some delicious home cooking. There is a master bedroom and twin bedroom ideal for children. Each room has a central heating radiator. The family bathroom is modern and spacious with a shower and toilet.

Outside
Outside there is a lovely large garden area to enjoy with outdoor seating. Perfect for sunny days. There is private and secure parking for one car.

This flat is the perfect location for us, all my family is within walking distance and so is town and the beach for walks. Also dog friendly which we need. This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to stay again next October. It has everything you need to enjoy a lovely break in Dunoon.

We visited the property, because we've moved to Scotland and needed a temporary stay. The owner was very nice and helpful (lives below) and the property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We had family for a few days to help us move and the owner was very nice and understanding.

We had a lovely break at hazelbank on Mary Street, Dunoon. We were visiting our family with our little dog and no one had room for us to stay. We had a comfortable stay, nice and warm and everything we needed. The flat was a wee bit old fashioned but was clean and had a lovely garden. Easy access to the town and the beach and of course our family. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for a week and found it to be the perfect place to relax. The best part of staying there was meeting Mr. and Mrs. Taylor. They were very friendly and helpful. The flat, being in Dunoon, was centrally located for all the sites we wanted to visit on the cowal peninsula. We had a great time and hope to stay there again in the future.

Initially we were a little surprised and disappointed with the tiredness of the apartment given the cost, but more importantly with the cleanliness, notably the fridge, microwave and oven and black mould in the shower which we could not remove. Donald and Diana extended such a lovely welcome though we didn't want to tarnish our relationship by complaining, so we just cleaned the things we felt needed it and got on with it. The beds were clean and comfortable, the flat was warm and we loved the view. The location was great for us, as we were meeting family staying at a hotel a few minutes walk away. We were offered driveway parking but it was a bit tight and so easy to park on the street.

What a find. Charming hosts and a great location combined to make this a perfect short break. A whole 2 bedroom flat to ourselves and had the weather been better a tranquil garden would have afforded a peacful setting as well. The property is well appointed with kitchen and all essential appliances, a large living room with beautiful views of the Clyde estuary and a double and smaller twin bedroom, the modern bathroom is also spacious. Dunoon centre is within easy walking distance and for those wanting to travel further afield the property has free parking. All in all a perfect property with attentive hosts.

We were here for two nights to take part in the Royal National Mòd in Dunoon. We needed a quiet, comfortable, clean, accessible base, easily reached from the different venues. Hazelbank ticked all our boxes and more. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, and their local knowledge was much appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. This apartment is a real find, a gem!

As we were visiting family in the area Hazel Bank is well placed. Being close to the town of Dunoon it was easy to walk and get provisions. Diana and Donald who live below were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The milk, wine and biscuits were a very thoughtful touch, thank you. We shall see you soon again.

The appartment is on the upper floor, with the hosts Donald and Diana living downstairs; it has a separate entrance via the external stairs visible on the picture; for us it was perfect, but it would probably be hard for someone who has problems with stairs. Living room and the larger bedroom have windows towards the rear with a view over the garden, and the sea in some distance. Donald and Diana are very friendly hosts and gave tips where to go for fresh fish, etc. The appartment has no balcony or so, but Donald offered us to sit in the garden; but the weather was such that we didn't make use of that. The Wifi connection was very good (important for someone travelling with a teenager).

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of Dunoon. Comfortable and very roomy, it is absolutely ideal for a family of 4. The owners live downstairs and were hugely accommodating, allowing us to use the hosepipe to clean our bikes and also using the shed for storage. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking to stay in Dunoon you won't get any better than Hazelbank, everything from start to finish was just perfect, Donald even had the kettle boiling ready for my arrival. The apartment is spacious and has everything you will need for your stay. The owners did everything they could to make us welcome and were helpful with anything we asked. We are looking forward to going back soon for another visit ,

We enjoyed our time at hazelbank over our weekend,my partner and I,we were visiting relatives in Dunoon so didn't really spend much time at the house but it was perfectly adequate for our needs,near the shoos and bars with ok views,it is value for money for sure

The owners were very welcoming and this was a good central location in Dunoon.We changed tenants half way through the week and this was not a problem at all for the owners.I offered to change the beds for the new clients but the owners were quite happy to do this themselves.Many thanks to them
