You will have upgraded, plush mattresses for a perfect night's sleep with quality bed linens and so much more. This villa features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the family room along with free Wi-Fi. Our pool and jacuzzi (heating charges extra) provide great way to relax and unwind with family and friends. This Solterra Resort villa rental is fun for the family and relaxing for the adults! Resort Amenities include clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), tennis, children's playground, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a meal and relax with a poolside cafe and Lazy River!! There is a onetime fee of $35 per booking (up to 12 guests) for accessing the resort amenities.

The property was just as advertised. We specially enjoyed the layout of the house as everyone was able to have a room with a bathroom which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious for multiple people cooking at the same time. Were not able to enjoy the pool because of the cold weather which prevented the pool from heating but the backyard was very private and we were able use the grill and gather as a family. We were also able to enjoy the playroom in the garage for fun family nights. The host was always available and the check-in at the community was very easy and fast.

I would have gave you a 5 star if the mattresses on all the beds wasn't so uncomfortable and the bar stools are like they was unpaded.Other then that the house was great and the pool and hot tub was fantastic..We really enjoyed are stay..I would love to rent again because we come to Florida every year..I would suggest maybe just putting mattress pads on the beds to make them comfortable because i know things are expensive..OTHERWISE i would love to rent this house again..Im happy to get the 5 star Thank you..

House was perfect for our family, only downfall is the one way in and out of subdivision which created traffic and wait time but it was Spring Break with lots of people in the area.

We arrived excited for the family week trip. Upon entering which was easy to check in the home looked good. We settled in and upon waking next day got up and was able to get the full look of home. Beds were very hard, we took turns on couch. The overall cleanliness ness was very disappointing. I cleaned for couple hours to get it close to where I was comfortable to have family there. After that we had several lights go out and noticed a couple chairs couldn’t be used due to broken. I called number provided and woman who answered hung up on me. I called ba k left message. Two days later no response. Sent email then late following day they came to fix lights and told us well sorry on chairs. We did spend most time at parks so it was fine home wasn’t what expected.
