About this house rental
Costa del Mar a gated community residential area right in front of the beach Los Algodones. This beach is called like that because of its fine sand that mixes with the dessert dunes of this beautiful place from the Sea of Cortes. It also has a swimming pool area and gardens around with palms and a very quiet landscape from there to the mountainside as well.

My hubby and I took our 25 year-old adult daughter who was visiting us to San Carlos for five days and stayed in this unit. It is so conveniently located within one block of the beach, and we walked to multiple restaurants and bars from the unit. The unit had one full-size bed and one queen bed,,, it was the perfect size house for the three of us, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped with a little dated pots, pans, and dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again!! Being that it was late January, we had the gated community to ourselves!! And there are wonderful Pickleball courts at the community center that you can use as well.!!!!

House has good bones but needs some furniture - pretty tired. There is no queen bed as listed - bed's are doubles.
My husband is 6ft 2in In a double bed for two weeks.
Anna was very responsive in getting some light bulbs installed that were too high for us to replace
Over all we would rent again if some changes were made. Location is great

We found the vertical shade in pieces,where it would have covered the patio door. Also the outdoor area was messy,unkept and no area to sit there. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and pool.
