The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and full-size stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners while enjoying panoramic ocean views. Guests of Napili Lani 320 enjoy exclusive access to the peaceful upper pool and BBQ grills, along with convenient on-site parking and no additional resort fees. While the condo is nestled within the beautiful grounds of the Napili Kai Resort, it is a privately owned unit managed separately. Guests have access only to the upper pool and grills and do not have access to the full Napili Kai Resort amenities, such as the main pools, beach services, or housekeeping.

- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

Our family of six had an amazing stay here in early July. The unit was definitely more impressive than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The AC worked great and the kitchen was well updated and stocked with essentials for cooking. You have great access to the pool and the beach from this unit. The views are world class. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

I would have rated the stay excellent except for the mold in the bathroom. Napili Kai has been our favorite resort since the 90’s. We did love the location of this unit and with the grass right out the back patio. The unit was well stocked with items in the kitchen, beach towels & chairs.

Location and view were incredible. Perfectly sized place for two adults and two teenagers. Great to have beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling flippers available. Literally steps from a beautiful beach. Beds were comfortable. Lanai was incredible. Check-in and check-out were easy and property mgmt company was responsive. Would like to have had bar soap or body wash for shower included. Bathrooms and kitchen could use a refresh. Second bathroom/bedroom had a slight musty smell and some mildew on bathroom ceiling.
