Excellent location, well appointed room, right across the street from the beach and nice common areas including sitting area, outdoor dining and gas grills.
The garbage can in the kitchen could use a foot pedal (unit 23). Mattress could be a little more comfortable.

AC is freezing in bedroom and hot in living room. Needs ceiling fans to circulate

great location. lovely views
apt not clean. No cleaning mops or brushes. I had to use a dish cloth to wash the floors the first day as they were very dirty
