*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $40.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Ocean House II was very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities but the condo is in need of updates. The sofa is terribly old and uncomfortable. The toilets need replaced and the unit needs painted as well. Also, the owner may not know but the Keurig coffee maker does not work. The size and layout of condo was nice just needs some updates.

Loved the location and it was a short walk to the beach. We also liked that the guards made sure that your vehicle belonged there. However, it wasn’t cleaned very well before we checked in. There was hair left in the master bathroom drain and we found a contact lens on the bathroom floor. None of us wears them. And the beds were not comfortable at all. Overall we enjoyed our first trip to Gulf Shores.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and could not be in a better location. The condo had plenty of room for my family of five, and everyone had their own space. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The walkway tp the beach was great with a new foot shower. Specific to the condo there are a few things to mention. The condo was very clean, with new appliances and a few extras that were wonderful. There is a set of wooden TV trays which were very helpful-interesting enough, for small work stations as my kids were doing remote school. A few things to make note of before renting this unit: * There was a really nice foyer that allowed us to leave sandy shoes and not track so much through the condo ***It would be really nice and useful to have some type of entry matt in the condo to help trap sand. * The washer/dryer worked GREAT. We ran it everyday! *** It would be VERY beneficial to have some type of drying rack in the condo for laundry and just to dry swim suits. *****The one thing that kept me/us from fulling enjoying our vacation were the bed/mattresses! The mattresses are in desperate need of being replaced. I slept in a different bed almost every night trying to get comfortable. I ended up sleeping in the recliner most nights. My kids, who can sleep almost anywhere, also struggled. Everything else could be perfect but when you can't sleep it's all for not. I strongly recommend that the owners replace the mattresses. They are so hard they sound almost like cardboard when you sit/lay on them. The ocean front bedroom has a double thick mattress topper so it was the best, the middle bedroom has a thin topper so it was slightly better than the master bedroom that had no topper and was very uncomfortable. It's really too bad because the unit is wonderful in every other way. I would not stay here again simply because I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. I know mattress comfort can be different for everyone but these were beyond that. I had read this in previous reviews but didn't really worry about it. This simple fix would make this unit perfect. We love Gulf Shores and if they replaced the mattresses we would stay here again.
