About this house rental
***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Enjoy our beautiful, spacious beachfront house, that sits on the sand as you relax and marvel at surfers on ocean waves, and look in the distance at the fishermen on Imperial Beach Pier. Enjoy breathtaking views from the patio, kitchen, dining, living room, and master bedroom. A guest writes: 'Our favorite thing was sitting on the patio with a glass of wine every evening watching the incredible sunsets!' There are four bedrooms. A guest writes' My favorite thing was falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves! Another writes:'When the kids were not on the beach they were in the kids bedroom/game room playing the pinball machine. Best family vacation ever!' There is also a top roof deck. Another guest writes: The sunset view from the top deck was awesome!' From still Another Guest:'Best Family Vacation Ever: We felt at home here and will definitely be back!' A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

The view and beach access were amazing. We only wished for a bit more privacy from the neighbors, the soundproof glass that was used on the balcony would be ideal since there’s just a temporary fabric divider or if there was a noise curfew on the residences as several hours beyond midnight is obnoxious to everyone else.Being walking distance to restaurants and cafes was also a very awesome amenity along with the incredible rainfall shower( needs just a little TLC and CLR)and jetted tub were also incredible. Very refreshing and beautiful Oceanside view was so wonderful to see nightly

Beautiful home. Older furniture that had a lot of hair on it. Uncomfortable broken down master bed. Wifi didn't work. The cleaners were there past my check in time and we had to sit outside and wait. I communicated to the property manager and they defended the cleaners and did not address the issue. Communication with property manager was unsat. Reached out several times about the wifi and they didn't respond to some questions and the time between issues was not in time to actually solve an issue. They didn't act in the beginning of the stay like they could have, then threw money at me hoping I wouldn't share my experience.
