About this house rental
This 5 star property (see tenant ratings), located in the North End of Ocean City at 40 Atlantic Avenue, is ideal weekly rental during the summer or during the winter with heat option with new HVAC system. It is also available during the winter, especially on monthly basis at discounted rates. It possesses a huge 50 X 130 lot and has a view of the water from the living room and upper front porch! Our property has the following great NEW features:
1) New HVAC units in every bedroom for great cooling (and heating during the winter).
2) HARD WOOD FLOORS in all the rooms and hallways, including the living room and dining room.
3) Retractable awning on the top floor porch, which is ideal for a morning coffee break.
4) New furniture in all the bedrooms, to include king bed in the master room on 2nd floor.
5) PARKING for 4 cars directly behind the property, which is newly paved and has a basketball hoop to play on for all ages.
6) It has an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off after day at the beach.
7) LOCATION - This townhome is a straight shot to the beach and boardwalk as you can see it less than two blocks away. The townhome is located between 1st Street and North Street. Additionally, several restaurants are within one block, including Island Grill.
8) New outdoor gas grill is located out back on the driveway to cook burgers or dogs after day at the beach.
9) New refrigerator has been installed and provide a Keurig coffee maker as well.
10) In the kids' room with the trundle bed, there is a 50" TV with Xbox console that your children can play video games.
11) We provide 6 beach passes as well which is over $100 savings.
The only item that you/tenant must bring are your own bed sheets and towels. There are 4 bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed, one trundle bed that sleeps 3, and two twin beds.

We spend at least 2 weeks every summer in OCNJ. This is our first time not using a realtor and using Vrbo to find our own listing. The pictures and description of the property were accurate, the home owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Check in/check out was simple. The property itself is in a great location. We were happy with all the amenities that came with it. The most important thing to me is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. It was very clean. The kids areas were also top notch with bunk beds/bean bags and a hammock. They loved it. We haven’t rented the same property twice, this property will definitely see us again next year.

This 2-story townhome was perfect for our family. For 5 adults, it was very comfortable. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach and start of the boardwalk (but it is a long block). Everything was clean and functioned well. Very comfortable rooms and living area. We loved the hammock on the first floor porch, and sitting out to read on the second floor porch with retractable awning. Be sure to bring your own spices though, only salt and pepper provided. Also, guests do not have access to the outside storage shed, so bring your own boogie boards and beach chairs. If you do have younger kids, they'll love the bunk bed and beanbag room, with some included video games and Xbox.
The location is great! You've got restaurants nearby, and ice cream within 2 blocks. Couldn't ask for much more from a OCNJ rental.
