The interior of this home is clean, open, and modern. Relax in the living room for a cable or movie binge with the flatscreen TV and DVD/VCR players. In the cooler months, get warm with the gas fireplace and a steaming cup of hot cocoa. The other three bedrooms have a queen, a full, and two twins. There's also a washer and dryer in this home, allowing you to pack light for your travels.

In the evenings, you can split off and watch movies in the cozy den area or play board games or a rousing game of air hockey. There's a third TV in the basement so the children can enjoy their own time away from the adults. During the day, you can wander down to the beach to do some combing and snap some photos. Or head just six miles north to Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge Area to view birds and waterfowl. Take a kayak or canoe out on the bay and make your way through the refuge's watery channels for an even closer look at wildlife.

If you're in the mood for some in-town activity, go just three miles farther north to Lincoln City for gallery browsing, shopping, and dining. The Lincoln City Mall, just nine miles away, offers plenty of shopping options. Maybe do a little gaming at Chinook Winds Casino, then get away from it all and take a hike on one of the many trails in the area. Or head south to Depoe Bay for whale watching, then Fogarty Creek State Park for a picnic. Closer to home, Gleneden Beach has a few restaurants and shops to check out.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
