About this house rental
Pls Note Minimum 3 night bookings and Minimum 7 night bookings in peak periods. This property sleeps 10 with a maximum of 6 adults.

Glass doors leading to a balcony with BBQ, pizza stone, deck chairs and alfresco dining.
Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Stroll through the reserve to the lake for water sports, fishing or a peaceful paddle. Kayaks, boats, stand up paddle boards and catamarans available for hire locally at the Frothy Coffee café and boat shed.
Short drive to great Surf beaches - Celito, Blueys, Elizabeth and Boomerang Beaches (where you will also find cafe's and a pharmacy). Smiths Lake has a bottle shop, butcher, bakery, mini supermarket and takeaway shop. Forster is approximately 20 minutes away where you will find your major supermarkets and stores. Seal rocks beaches and lighthouse a short drive away.
Enjoy lawn bowls and a steak at the Smiths Lake bowling club or a lakeside dinner at the Pacific Palms "Recky" Club 5 minutes away.
An abundance or wildlife including Rosellas, Kookaburra's, Pelicans and possums live at your doorstep.

Nice house with ample room for our extended family.About 30 or so stairs down to the house which have limited lighting, lacking some handrails and slippery when wet. We did have one member of our family have a fall on the slippery stairs. Would be nice if the stairs were notified in the listing as the stairs are not suitable for elderly people or families with babies.

Check in was super easy - self check in with very clear instructions. The host was FANTASTIC. She was very responsive and was always (seemingly) on the app to answer any and all questions. The actual property in real life is better than the photos!

What a fabulous weekend away for our two families! A beautifully furnished, large and clean house right on the lake. The location was perfect - quiet, with easy access to the lake, beaches and local shops. The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was quite large overlooking the lake and the children loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. There was even Easter Eggs in the fridge when we arrived - such a lovely touch for the Easter Long Weekend!
Check in was super easy. Rebecca the host, was super lovely, responsive and easy to contact.

We stayed over Christmas for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay at Smiths lake. There were chocolates and champagne on our arrival, as well as a Christmas tree, which was a lovely touch as we have 7 children. The house was fantastic and had everything in it that we needed. We loved the keyless entry and not having to worry about keys. The house is so close to the lake, only about 30 metres, and gave us all a good work out walking up and down to it! There were three canoes available to use which was a bonus. The house was comfortable and big enough for our family of 9 and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday by the lake.
