We loved the location to everything in Suttons Bay; easy access by walking! Parking was easy, and having a private yard with patio was so nice for family gatherings. Would stay here again!

The location was terrific, the property needs a lot of maintenance. We felt uncomfortable not being able to lock the basement door to a triplex.

Just didn't work for us. The bathroom shower was difficult to use, especially for an older person. The entire layout of the bathroom was unfriendly. Master bedroom, bed was rickety and way too large for room. Could not get to anything else. Other bedroom bunk beds, bottom area was only fit for a small child.Kitchen, though nice if you plan to cook (we did not), the island is way too big. Half that size would work much better and give more room to actually use.Inside was quiet. Deck area appeared nice (we did not use). Parking was fine. Location was great.
