Excellent room on a vineyard with a famtastic view over the Douro. Only a 10-15 minute walk into the lovely historic town of Mesao Frio. It is also a nice walk from the accommodation up to the viewpoint at Sao Silvestre with a great view over the Douro valley and down at 44House itself. There are also other very well signed walks up that can be done from the doorstep. We walked 2km up the hill from Barqueiros train station to get here.
