We were met at the loft by one of the hosts. He took me on a tour of the loft and explained different aspects, such as the different trash receptacles. he took me onto the balcony and said we could see the Duomo. It was easy navigating the area to find good Italian food. We had to contact the host about not having hot water, the host responded quickly. A maintenance person came and reset it within twenty minutes or so.

We had an early morning flight, the steps down to the bottom floor did not have lighting. we used the flashlight on our phones. The lift is very small, three person size, with 4 people in our party we chose to send the luggage and one person with them and took the steps.

The location was ideal. It was in walking distance to a lot of things, no need to Uber or taxi. The size of the apartment was good.

It was dated. We didn't use the kitchen area but it was quite warm on that side of the apartment. There was a water leak in the second bathroom but the host responded quickly and it was resolved before we returned.

Lovely balcony large apartment walking distance to the underground. Double bed was comfortable.

Lots of the lights were not working one of the showers leaked and both didn’t maintain temperature. The single beds in the second room uncomfortable. not enough seating in the lounge for 4 people.
