Bathroom and kitchen wasn't cleaned very well. Rest ok.

Well located for IFEMA and the airport: nearby supermarket and bakery. Metro 500m. A bit noisy during the day from surrounding apartments but no sleep disturbance. spotlessly clean.
Had to pay €30 for late check in: but it was quick and easy when it came and very welcoming

The apartment was very spacious. Big living room, and the bedroom was also large and spacious. Shampoo and shower gel were provided.
Located near to Mar De Cristal metro station which was 4 stops away from Madrid Airport Terminal 4. And in a nice neighbourhood too. I was attending a conference at Feria de Madrid and it was so convenient as it was only 1 metro stop away.
Good communication from the host who messaged me a few days before my arrival to tell me which metro stop to get down, etc etc.
The key to the entrance of the complex is a bit faulty and when I came home every night, it took me a while to open the front door into the building.
