This condo is in a great location and it was an easy walk to the beach’s. The view was awesome and we saw turtles, dolphins and whales from the lanai. The only recommendation from the adults in the twin beds is the mattresses could use an update. We would definitely stay here again though and we really enjoyed our visit.

Spacious condo with wonderful ocean views, whale watching from large lanai, well equipped kitchen. Convenient parking and close to beaches and walking options. Great stay!

The location was incredible and the views spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our stay which we greatly appreciate. We didn’t have to buy anything but food. The Parrish Company that runs this unit has amazing customer service as well so we will rent from them again; just not this condo. Upon entry we removed our shoes as the sign requested. In 20 minutes the floor turned my new white socks dark brown. I used the swifter wet they provided and two of those came up black just from the master bathroom floor. Had to buy bleach and mop the floors three times and they still weren’t clean. The showers had black and pink slime mold growing on the bottom, around the doors, and on every ledge and corner. Corners and the side of the fridge floor was disgusting too.
This unit doesn’t have air conditioning which most nights wasn’t a problem because there are trade winds but it got hot in the afternoon and was uncomfortable to sleep some nights even with the fans on.
This still didn’t ruin our trip because of the location but this condo is too expensive for what it is and how filthy it was. After speaking to the company, I hope it will be cleaner moving forward.
