Set up with a dining area, fire pit and seating, you can dine on the balcony while watching the ocean and sun set. Also off the living room is a set of stairs leading to a massive roof top deck. The roof deck is a spacious entertaining area with sweeping views of the bridge, downtown and crashing waves. The roof deck has all your entertaining needs complete Viking outdoor kitchen. The gem of this property, the roof deck also has a built in fire pit and outdoor seating. Back in the home, you will also find a large family room, gourmet kitchen (with walk in pantry) and dining room that seats 12. This home also features a large master bedroom with fireplace leading into a master bath with steam shower and soaking tub. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, incredibly well provisioned home with very responsive hosts. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, Orange Avenue shops, area restaurants and about anything else on the island one might want to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 11 gathered here for Thanksgiving. Perfect location, ample room, gorgeous home. There were lots of areas big enough to accommodate us all at once, while still offering multiple spaces to split off and do our own things when we needed space. Loved every minute. Nicole and Jamey were upbeat, responsive and very easy to work with throughout. Thank you for an unforgettable family adventure!!

Location, Location, Location. What a beautiful piece of property. Watching the sunset from the rooftop... the perfect relaxing end to the day. The house itself is amazing. Fantastic layout. Open and spacious. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a amazing place to stay.

The property was a perfect place for our large family to stay while celebrating our son’s wedding in Coronado. The property owners were very easy to work with and communicated well. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.
