The condo was exactly like the photos and actually in a better location than I had anticipated. Just a short walk to the beach. The unit was nicely equipped, and very clean. Overall, the complex was very nice, but we did not use the food and beverage facilities. The rental company, Jekyll Island Property sales and management, did an excellent job with communications and answering any questions. We were very pleased with our choice.

We have stayed at Jekyll island for 30 years and have been coming to Villas for that same period and have NEVER had a bed stay. But we decided to rent from Jekyll Realty this time so we coukd rent a specific villa. The check in was fine, when we got there the Villa was fine until we went to the full bath upstairs that was filthy. There was dirt and hair all over the floor, mold on the walls and ceiling and trash in the trash can. I then called the office to see if they could bring us an iron and ironing board, which were not in the unit. I had to leave a message and they did not callme back, in the meantime we can back from a day out and there was oil all iver the kitchen floor from the fridge? I told them about all of these problems, they seemed very annoyed about my concerns and never once apologized. We came home to an iron no ironing board the oil still under the fridge and they had sprayed some bleach on the bathroom ceiling. They also never followed up to ask if everything was ok? We will continue to come the Jekyll but will never use this mgmt company again
