Welcome to Village Loft #23!
This 1 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is about as close as you can get to a ski lift at Park City Mountain and looks right over Homerun and the ski school area. With a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, this unit converts to a very comfortable 2 bedroom space at night.
- Bedroom has a King bed and bathroom with tub/shower.
- Living area has a Queen Murphy bed, converts the area into a bedroom at night.
- 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower.
- Entire unit has been tastefully remodeled.
- Cozy fireplace to gather around at the end of the day.
- Underground parking available for 1 vehicle.
- Retrofitted with air-conditioning for our summer guests.
- Private deck overlooking lifts, runs, spectacular mountain views and ski-in/ski-out!
- Included Wi-Fi internet access.

We want you to be more comfortable than you are at home!

- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.

Can't beat this location - right at the base of PC mountain. Chris was extremely responsive and even helped pop in to promptly fix the coffee machine that was not working. Unit is clean and great for a family.

The host, Chris, was very responsive. Couldn’t beat the location! Walk out of the building and you’re at the lift! It was easy to return to the condo for lunch…and a nice walk into downtown for dinner each night. Highly recommend The Grocery Girls who had our kitchen stocked when we arrived. No need for a vehicle…just took an uber to & from SLC airport.

Terrible parking conditions
One you walk up with luggage up several stairs from the building next door the access is great to ski in ski out.
