Unbelievable Ocean View green inspired modern 4 bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 ½ bath home with gas fire ring perfect for smores. Arguably one of the best spots in Santa Cruz, a rare quiet cul-de-sac location close to the Yacht harbor, Sunday morning Farmers market one block up, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. Large backyard with outdoor shower, patio and expansive lawn.
Custom built home with all the amenities you would expect in a high end beach property. Balcony and stairs may be unsuitable for small children, all ages welcome at renters discretion. High speed Xfinity internet.
Beach access is a 5-10 minute walk down 14th Avenue, our house is on 15th just a block over. 15th Ave is a cul de sac with no public beach access.
Our area is subject to a strict Vacation Rental Ordinance. We are allowed up to 10 adults, no more than 3 cars on site and quiet hours are strictly enforced form 10:00pm to 8:00am. We do not allow any gatherings, celebrations or special events at the house. Fireworks are illegal in Santa Cruz County.
