- A T2 apartment (ground floor) for 2 people. (Advert 1320934)
Each has its private space (garden, terrace, enclosed parking), direct access to the coastal path and of course its panoramic view of the ocean!
For this house, you will discover 2 outdoor spaces with a plunging view of the sea to enjoy the sun and the sea air:
- Flower garden (sunbathing, dining table, parasol, barbecue)
- Terrace with small lounge
On the ground floor :
A large living room with large bay windows allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay of Concarneau and Fouesnant.
Fully equipped open kitchen, satellite TV (international channels), free WIFI.
Small bedroom (Rapido 140x190 sofa bed) with shower room and separate WC.
Back kitchen / utility room (washing machine, dryer and storage)
