Our 2 Storey Cottage plus a fully finished basement, boasts a unique 2 Wings concept with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a powder-room.
The Main ground floor comprises the Kitchen, Dining-room, living-room with a 55'' Smart TV with Roku, one bedroom (1 Queen-size Bed) and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The Second floor holds 3 rooms (1 Master bedroom with a King-size plus 1 bedroom with a Queen-size bed) along with a kids' room (with 3 single Beds) plus a powder-room (Toilet & sink).
In the fully finished basement you will find another beautiful full bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub and a full shower along with a huge living-space with a wood-burning stove (only for winter months) plus a small vintage fridge.
Also in the basement you'll find a 75in Smart LED HDTV and a Soccer table (baby-foot) along with several board games.
We provide Unlimited WiFi & access to Prime and Disney+ (subject to change) for your cocooning evenings after a day of activities.
The fully equipped Kitchen has a 2 doors fridge, a stove and a microwave, 2 coffee machines (one of 12 cups and a Keurig), a 4-slice toaster, a wireless electric kettle, a Panini Grill, an electric mixer and a dishwasher.
The dining room table can seat 8 people. Also there are 2 extra dining tables with 4 chairs each.
Located directly on the private Lake Amico, our cottage offers a beautiful sandy beach with a paddle-boat and 4 kayaks.
Thanks to its living space of 1,825 sq. Ft. and its huge private Lot of more than 50,000 sq. Ft., Our intimate cottage provides you with a sublime atmosphere of relaxation and resourcefulness.

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped chalet with private beach. Host greeted us upon arrival and explained everything. He texted the next day to ensure all was well and delivered an item I couldn't find. Can't say enough about the owner/host! Will book again!

When looking for a place for our 7 family members to stay, I was looking for a place with it's own beach, so when I saw this one that met that basic criteria, as well as all the beds we needed for everyone (4 adults and 3 kids), we were happy to book. My discussions with the owner prior to our trip were easy and he was very transparent about all expectations. However, when we arrived, we were even more blown away. We had every amenity we could possibly need and the owner was very thorough with showing what was available, giving instructions on how to use the Wi-Fi and security system...nothing was missed. Several family members commented on how warm and welcoming the owner was, as that really made an impression. The place was clean and neat and we loved the space down by the water. We had enough kayaks and boats for everyone to go out on the water and we just enjoyed the tranquility of the space. There were even lots of options to keep everyone entertained with the little bit of rain later in the day on our last day there (puzzles, movies and games like Jenga, which kept everyone busy). We wanted a quiet getaway to recharge and this fit the bill 100%. I would recommend a stay there if it fits your group size and your schedule! With shopping also nearby, you are not lacking anything during your stay!

Lovely chalet with plenty of space for everyone. Good kitchen with everything needed. Teenagers loved the basement and technology choices.

We (two couples, in our 60s) stayed here for 3 nights mid-week in February hoping for some good cross-country skiing on Le P'tit Train du Nord tracks. We did get one good day of skiing (before the ice-storm!), starting from Val David, a 20-minute drive from the chalet. The chalet was clean and comfortable, and Hamza was certainly a conscientious host, who is currently working on renovating and upgrading his property.
