In the heart of the Aude, 15 minutes from Carcassonne, close to the cultural centers, you will discover the hamlet of Pommayrac surrounded by meadows, scrub and scrubland.(place preserved without treatments) It is in an old agricultural building of our farm, that we have fitted out a large independent cottage of 230 m2 with beautiful living rooms, a fitted kitchen with pantry, tvdvd lounge. wooded and pleasant garden, sheltered by cypresses, garden furniture and deckchairs, plancha and barbecue.
You can admire the Corbières, all within the hamlet.
ACTIVITIES:
- 45 m2 playroom with billiards and table tennis in the gîte.
- Village swimming pool, 3 minutes by car at your disposal, with 2 pools and swimming lessons.(July and August)
- our ponies at any time of the day
- Equestrian farm with ponies and horses (courses and walks) in the hamlet.
- Many hiking trails (marked FFRP trails) around the cottage
--Very good butchery in the village.

Bonne semaine de vacances, accès à la piscine du village à 3 minutes en voiture appréciable quand il fait très chaud, nous avons pu faire une balade avec grizzli, bonne literies, super accueil avec beaucoup de conseil de visites.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est retiré et calme. La location est conforme à l'annonce. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et les enfants peuvent circuler en toute tranquillité. La mise à disposition des deux poneys a ravi nos filles. Propriétaires très sympas.

Groot en goed onderhouden huis. De uitstekende BBQ en het overdekte terras zorgen voor een prima ervaring om buiten te eten: geen directe zon en ook in de avond is het prima vertoeven.
De tuin is niet helemaal vlak, maar desondanks konden we prima ons zwembadje kwijt.
De tafeltennistafel en pooltafel zorgde voor een leuke afleiding in de verloren uren.
Contact met de eigenaar is vlot en doeltreffend, alhoewel het wel een beetje behelpen is met het engels.
Het huis ligt afgelegen, maar de nodige uitstapjes zijn prima te doen (Carcassonne, middelandse zee, pyreneeën).

Location très belle et spatieuse (petit bonus : la salle de jeux privée pour petits et grands)
Environ très calme proche de nombreuses activités et visites.
Piscine du village au top avec animations gratuites.
Accueil très sympathique.
Les enfants ont adoré faire du poney.
N’hésitez pas à y séjourner vous passerez un moment en famille inoubliable!!
