About this apartment rental
Relax and unwind in the calming space, with solid wood furniture, leather sofas and canvas paintings.
Enjoy the views from this 27th floor condominium, located in central Kuala Lumpur.
The 4-bedrooms sleep 6 people in two queen size bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bunk-bedroom.
The 2 bathrooms have powerful hot showers, large basins, twin-flush toilets and shaver/hair dryer sockets.
A solid granite worktop surrounds the kitchen, fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Dualit toaster, blender, 3-burner gas stove and large capacity LG washer/dryer.
Getting around town is fast and easy. PWTC train station is just opposite and taxis are easy to hail. Journeys to the popular parts of KL take just 10-20 minutes.
Cool off in the swimming pool and have a drink or local meals at the pool cafe. There is also a childrens pool, playground, cafe, gym, tennis court, squash court, a professional laundry and hairdresser within the condominium.
The 24-hour convenience store at level 1 offers drinks, snacks, phone top-ups, an ATM and other services around the clock.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk from the condominium.
We will meet you when you arrive and will be nearby if you need help with anything including advice on things to do during your stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This really was perfect for our needs and surpassed my expectations. It was spotless (though perhaps the building itself was not). It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts Sharon and Jake went out of their way to be helpful and available. Responses to queries were prompt and precise. And we were permitted a very late checkout. Close to transport, shopping and restaurants. Thank you very much indeed Jake and Sharon. Anne.

Wonderful apartment. Clean, modern, comfortable. Check-in and check out easy. Jake was very helpful in answering all my questions. We stayed here with our 5 children and fitted comfortably. Great location near trains and taxis. Dominique was a plaesure to deal with, very welcoming and helpful. We had everythign we needed here - right down to washing powder :-)

We had an amazing stay in this lovely KL 4 bedroom Apartment. Very secure and close to transport and chit kit market was walking distance.
This 4 bedroom apartment really felt like a home away from home. They have thought of everything. From pots and pans to communication and free WiFi helped us keep in contact with family and friends back home. Jake and Dominique were a great help and what we were promised is what we got. We were very happy with the place and will recommend it to anyone heading to KL. We surely will rebook when we head over again too.
Thanks so much to the guys you really made everything run so smoothly for the group and we really appreciate it.

Overall we couldn't be happier with this apartment where we stayed for 5 days. A lot of little extras you don't get in a hotel e.g use of mobile phones and instructions on using public transport. It was very well maintained (as new). We had a problem with water leaking under the kitchen sink - fixed very quickly and without any problem.
The host was extremely attentive in helping us enjoy our stay in KL - organised a driver and very friendly.
I couldn't fault the apartment or the attention to detail by the host. They were are pleasure to deal with pre stay (very organised) and during the stay.
