About this house rental

Couple of teachers rent personal house any comfort 140 m2 swimming pool 9x5, big terrace half shaded, calm, not of opposite, in the middle of the vines, but close trade on ground of 3000 m ². Fenced and planted, 2 car shelter, automatic gate, wifi internet access, city bus to Avignon nearby. For the quiet or the visit of the region in the heart of Provence and Languedoc, 2 very different regions. The 2nd building on the photo is the garage.

Une maison qui correspondait parfaitement a nos besoins : un grand jardin clos, une piscine privative, le tout dans un environnement calme mais assez proche des services. Avec toutes les commodites necessaires pour passer un super moment. Nous avons fait de jolies promenades avec nos chiens dans les vignes - il y a aussi beaucoup de choses a voir et visiter dans les alentours. Des proprietaires serieux et a l’ecoute. Merci !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une location très bien entretenue et parfaitement située. Lieu idéal pour se reposer, pour profiter d'une bienfaisante piscine, pour découvrir de beaux espaces naturels, pour se distraire et pour se cultiver ! A recommander !

Les plus : maison très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle, belle piscine, grand terrain clos, sans vis-à-vis, idéal pour sieste à l'ombre bercée par le chant des cigales. Située au milieu des vignes, à deux pas du Rhône, d'Avignon, du pont du Gard, permet des vacances sportives (footing, VTT) et touristiques. Les moins : trop d'affaires personnelles des propriétaires laissées dans les rangements des chambres (embarrassant dans tous les sens du terme), trois transats pour une location prévue pour six personnes, garage pour deux voitures mais dont une place est occupée par un véhicule des propriétaires.

Maison très agréable, avec toutes les commodités pour un séjour agréable, vaste jardin, grande piscine. Un plus : terrain clos sans vis à vis. La maison est à la campagne tout en n'étant qu'à 5 minutes d'une zone commerciale.Les propriétaires sont accueillants et prêts à vous indiquer quelques restaurants sympas, ainsi que les sites à visiter. Bref, nous recommandons cette location.
