I am a stickler for a comfy bed and good pillows. I give the bed a 9/10 . The room was very clean and it was a great stay. The staff was helpful and always there when needed! Will definitely use this Hotel again!!!
I didn't like the pillows. I like a large dense pillow but the ones on the beds were a bit flat and not enough to them.

The food was good. There was plenty of it. The area was nice and clean. The person attending the area was very friendly.
The entire place, including the hallways, were clean. Access to stores and restaurants was easy but not walkable
After breakfast we went back to the room and the keys didn't work, as though they had checked us out already. Also, Housekeeping knocked on the door before 11 and said I thought y'all were checking out. That made me feel like they were rushing us out.

The location was good - check in was quick - room was clean - the blackout shades were great.
Bed was hard - pillows were queen size with no standard pillows- no hot water / it got Luke warm at best so showering was chilly - and why do all of the room doors have to SLAM?!?! We live in 2025 and hotels need to do a better job with installing soft close doors!! We laid awake for 2hrs (from 7am to 9am) just listening to doors SLAM! People are rude and that’s not a hotel problem BUT the hotel can fix it! $200 a night with shit sleep. DO BETTER HOLIDAY INN!!
