In the Aetius residence, near the center of Saint Raphaël and the beaches, 42 m² apartment, 2 rooms (1 bedrooms) on the 5th and penultimate floor with elevator, with private outdoor parking space in the residence
South orientation.
Living dining room with flat screen tv, BZ sofa convertible into a 140 bed, two armchairs, dining area.
Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee makers (normal + Nespresso), kettle, toaster.
Access to the terrace equipped with a large electric blind, a table and four chairs as well as a large deckchair with mattress and an additional parasol.
Clear sea view on the Gulf of Fréjus and Saint Tropez

The apartment is a perfect size for two people. In a great location, only 300m to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Everything was really great. The apartment in a good house with the elevator, very comfortable, amazing view, air conditioners, electric blinds. 3 Minutes walk to the see, 10 minutes walk from the "Inter Marche", 10 minutes walk to St. Raphael. We will definitely come again!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über alles, was notwendig ist. Sie ist, so wie das ganze Gebäude, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Weg zum Strand, den Restaurants und Geschäften ist kurz. Vor dem Haus gibt es sogar eine Bäckerei.
Die Sicht über die Dächer auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Uns störte nur bisweilen zu den Stoßzeiten der Lärm aus dem Kreisverkehr.

L’appartement est en tout point conforme à la description, très propre de plus il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé (séchoir à linge, machine à café, bouilloire...). L’emplacement est idéal à moins de 5min d’une plage et surtout l’atout majeur est sa terrasse avec une vue sur la mer, la grande roue et la basilique de Saint-Raphael. Nous étions ravis de notre séjour dans cette location. Et n’hésiterions pas à revenir!
