The location and facilities are always top notch in the area

Ever since they did away with a life guard on site, the kids at the pool are out of control. The constant screaming, and balls flying everywhere have reached a boiling point IMO. It’s one thing to pick a corner of the pool and play, but when balls are flying across the pool constantly and people are just trying to relax in a corner, it becomes an irritant at some point. Or the constant splashing from a noodles. Theres no place in the pool you can just relax without being soaked by the splashing and running and jumping. It wasn’t always that way there.

I really enjoyed the ocean views and the surrounding area. The pool is a great size, with plenty of space for both swimming and playing. The location is also excellent, since you can easily walk to the beach and spend as much time there as you like. Another nice feature is the arcade room, which is a great addition, especially for families and kids.

I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or just an unusual situation, but I stayed for two nights and had to stay in two different rooms. When I checked in, I was informed that after the first night, I would have to move all of my belongings to another room because the room I was staying in had been assigned to another family arriving that day. This was the first time I've ever experienced something like this at a hotel, and it was definitely inconvenient.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed.

We had a do a room switch after the 1st night which meant we had to pack everything up in the morning. However we left everything in the room and hotel staff moved it all to the new room while we enjoyed the beach. Slight hassle but it was a smooth process.

We loved the cleanliness and location!

The rooms are not soundproof, and all the screaming children in and out of the rooms were quite disruptive to my family's downtime!
