It was right on the beach. Very quiet. Our room was wonderful. It was very large with a kitchenette in the loft with a balcony that overlooked the ocean, so it was quite lovely. I would definitely go back.
There was very little not to like. The beach had a lot of seaweed which made walking etc not as pleasant. There were not a lot of restaurants but Hyannis was only 10 minutes away and lots of restaurants there.

Was in ground floor - and whenever people upstairs moved you could hear - and the group above were partying young men who woke us at 3am every night! Sounded like elephants!
