Dans une rue au calme au stationnement facile, un appartement vaste à la décoration personnalisée et à la propreté irréprochable ... La propriétaire est adorable et vous accueille en confiance et en toute simplicité. A 10 mn du marché central et de la plage du pigeonnier, à 15 minutes du centre de Royan, à 20 minutes du port et de de la grande conche, (temps déplacement pédestre) bref un rapport qualité/prix qui mérite d'être souligné

Alles bestens , die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Quartier , der Markt und der Strand ist mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen . Parkplatz vor dem Haus .
