About this house rental
CANET PLAGE: 500m from the center and the beach, this approximately 75m² comfortable and air-conditioned house is in the middle of a 300m² fully fenced garden, not overlooked, and located in a quiet area. (bakery at 100m)
Composition of the villa:
Ground floor: Living room + kitchen (40m²) through (east / west) with large picture window directly overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom with a large wardrobe (bed and mattress in 180 (sheets are provided)), 1 bathroom with very spacious walk-in shower.
Upstairs a bedroom (140 bed), sheets are provided)
120cm flat screen TV connected to wifi, YouTube
Small stereo
Dish washer, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave.
Charcoal barbecue and small gas barbecue
Garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs
Free: Baby kit on request (cot, high chair, bath, potty)
Free: WIFI
Parking: Possibility to return your vehicle behind the gate.
Linen not provided (or on request with supplement)
Dog and / or cat allowed, if owner agrees. The animals must be calm if left alone, clean and non-destructive.

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in Véroniques Haus verbracht (von den Stechmücken mal abgesehen… 😉)
Alles wie beschrieben, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt
Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super, würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Wir haben uns sehr über das komplett eingerichtete Haus gefreut. Es war alles vorhanden, noch besser wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und eine sehr nett Ansprechpartnerin. Die Lage war sehr gut.. Strand, Lebensmittel einkaufen, Märkte und Restaurants alles zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Es war sehr erholsam.

That was a 10 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants ! We loved the market 4 times a week with fresh products ! The restaurants are good and not too expensive ! We enjoyed everything ! And we had a great welcome from Veronique the owner of the house ! Thanks so much!
