Bonita is very caring and interested in making your stay comfortable. She was a great communicator! She came over to help with internet issues which turned out to be ATT outage. Apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

This property looks and feels like home. The location is PERFECT and close to EVERYTHING like downtown, the Museum District, Rice Village, many restaurants, etc. The proper manager, Ms. Ford, was more than hospitable to myself and my guest. She made sure we had everything we needed and more! Since we had an extended stay, she showed us around the neighborhood to help us get acquainted with the area. Definitely would choose again if I am back in Houston!

Our stay at Bonita's home was perfect. Her hospitality exceeded our expectations. Bonita was very helpful in making our stay in Houston enjoyable. She was very quick to response and would follow up to see if we needed anything. She had the home well furnished and even provided the little things such as coffee and bath soap. Wifi speed was great and never had any issues. The home was in excellent condition and had all the amenities that anyone would need. I highly recommend doing business with Bonita. She is a first class host!
