Charming fisherman's house completely renovated 500 meters from the village of Louannec, 5 minutes from the beaches and the port of Perros-Guirec (Pink granite coast).
Ideal location for visiting the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, the natural site of Ploumanach (classified as the most beautiful village in France), Trébeurden, the Gouffre de Plougrescant, Trélévern, Trestel, Tréguier, Paimpol, ...
