ABSOLUTE CLIFF FRONT OCEAN VIEW VILLA BALI - 5 STAR LUXURY PRIVATE DRIVER CHEF
This is an absolute cliff front luxury villa, which sets on the edge of a cliff front of Bukit peninsula’s (Pandawa Beach area) overlooking the Indian ocean. It offers the luxury of XL large bedrooms with en-suite bathtubs overlooking Indian Ocean. The villa has 2 private pools, extended service with chef, driver as well as floating breakfast is available upon requests. You will be immersed with an endless ocean view.

** Update Dec 3 2025: There’s a construction which is about 80% completed; about 2 empty lots of villa away to our right about 60 meters away. The working hours is at 8 AM to 4 PM and the view won’t be disturbed. Heavy machinery and lifting have been concluded and so far (knocked on wood, our guests were not disturbed). I have reflected 25% discount on the rates for this inconvenience**
Exclusively designed by German, this villa sets on the edge of a cliff front of Bukit peninsula’s (Pandawa Beach area) overlooking Indian ocean. It sets on over 1,000 square meter of living area (10,000 Square Feet- land size is 15,000 Square Feet), 2 infinity pools overlooking Indian Ocean (Upper pool designed as a ship elevated from the ground - 15 meter of the lap pool, there’s a smaller pool on the first level as well)
You will be immersed with an endless ocean view, waves breaking view and a constant sea breeze in any corners of this villa.
Your personal butler as well as security guards will be at your service 24 hours a day. Daily house cleaning, laundry, complimentary drinking water, welcome drink and cool towel and basket of tropical fruits in villa upon arrival. These friendly, personalized services are an extension of our gracious hospitality that is a reflection of the whole Bali experience. Please send us email for extended service tor to include daily breakfast/floating breakfast, in-house Spa, assigned driver and international chef. Also, owner has VIP access to Omnia Uluwatu, the newest and trendiest venue in South Bali.

The Villa:
This two-storey villa comes with an iconic 3 x 15 meter lap pool on stilts. This unique pool faces the Indian Ocean with water overflowing from the upper level to the lower paddling pool and pond, the sound of water is ever present.
The upper level of the villa accommodates the living and entertainment area — the air-conditioned kitchen and dining room, an open BBQ area and a master suite.
Two day-beds which can be converted to six deck lounge chairs. Enjoy a short walk along the wooden path to the ocean-front Bale where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea with sea breeze and a spectacular ocean view. A candle lit dinner at the edge of the cliff can be arranged upon your request.
The lower level offers a small sandy beach area with a day-bed facing the pool and the view parallels to Indian Ocean. With a waterfall dropping from the main pool above makes this little area the perfect place for spa or yoga retreat. The smaller pool is about nine by five meter along with pond to its side, shallow and it’s perfect for children. One entertainment room and two bedrooms also located on this floor.
Bedrooms/area:
All bedrooms are enclosed with air-conditioning. The main master bedrooms on the upper floor features a Cal king-size bed and wall to wall glass windows overlooking the swimming pool as and the cliff. En-suite air conditioned bathroom and wardrobe, a large bathtub and double sinks. The third bedroom located in the back of the second master bedroom, and it has single beds and faces the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower.
Common area (Upper Level):
The living room sofas, Barbeque/lounging outdoor area, Bale, day bed area and swimming pool.
Fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area.
Outdoor Barbeque/lounge area.

The staff at this house was just absolutely exceptional. They arranged car service, yoga, breakfast, massages. They truly went above and beyond and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and the staff were so kind and helped make the trip an amazing experience. Wayan was a great house manager that helped us plan and find highly recommended tours and activities. The house staff catered to our needs and were very friendly. I would stay in this beautiful home again in a heartbeat.

Thank you Wayan for such a wonderful week for our family. The views of the Indian Ocean were truly spectacular. The ocean seemed to go on forever and we took every opportunity to soak it or cocktails in the Pavilleon overlooking the ocean are permanently saved in my mind. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Ketut (and the other Ketut) we were taken care of for every want or desire we had on our holiday. Arriving at night, the gorgeous lighting displayed the beauty and design of the entire Villa. Wayan and Komang made us feel so welcome and comfortable. To our delight waking up to see what awaited us in the morning was spectacular. We enjoyed the position of the Villa to truly display the most incredible view. We truly relaxed at the Villa, had adventures every other day (white water rafting, swimming with the Manta Rays of Lembongon, jet skid, spiritual quests to Ubud, private boat excursions, shopping, sunsets and dinner in Uluwatu). Wayan organised private yoga for us regularly during the massage to follow. We even enjoyed our private beach for training or a bit of heaven (the stairs make for a great workout). Great beds and pillows too for wonderful sleeps from day 1! So important! The Villa has an amazing energy that made us feel so relaxed, at home and safe too. I cant wait to return again one day. Thank you to Wayan and his whole team for helping us and taking such good care of us during our stay. You went above and beyond and are such beautiful people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
