About this house rental
New just finished pool house! You and your family will love the pool house. There is a two-monitor work desk to hook up your laptop. Don’t miss a moment of the family fun.
House has central air conditioning and a salt water swimming pool! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Have 6 beds in total.
-high end appliances (Viking Professional range, high end dishwasher, etc)
- bug-free clean beds and beddings
- surrounded by a wonderful organic garden!
- salt water swimming pool (use a ton less chemical and leave skin feeling smooth)
- high ceiling
- fireplace inside, firepit outside
- gas and charcoal grills
- shampoo, condition, soap provided
- kitchen stocked with dinnerware, condiments, and some snacks
It's very bright because of the skylights. You'll love the house and friendly neighborhood.
Peaceful but central location: If you're like me, you like to be close to the beach and attractions but return to an oasis away from the noise (and the drunks) at night. This is the perfect house for you then! It's ideal for anyone who wants to explore beautiful San Diego and experience where the locals live.
Don’t forget — Comic con is July 21-24, 2022.
Start your day in one of the many attractions nearby. 10-15 min to Old Town, Sea World, downtown, Little Italy, SD Zoo, beach. End your day with a bonfire in the backyard and a dip in the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The office is not accessible as it's for storage. The garage is only accessible for using washer and dryer. Lots of parking in driveway.

There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room inside and the pool and outside area was great! Location wasn’t far from anything! We would stay here again!

We rented this mainly for the pool to have a safe place to play during COVID. The pool was perfect - clean, good temp, large enough, water floaties, seating nearby...we used it every day. We ventured out to the safari park, balboa park, La Jolla cove and shores, plus mission bay which all were within 15-30 minutes. We ate almost all meals at the house and used the stove and BBQ a lot. COVID regulations means a smaller selection of kitchen tools but we did fine. 2 grocery stores near by for food pickup and walked to the Tecote trails for after dinner walks. Beds were comfortable, showers hot, even tried a vegetable from the garden outside. AC was strong when we needed at night but good ventilation throughout the day. Never used the TV so cannot comment on that. All in all - it was exactly what we needed and we had a good time for a week away.
