Place was great and location too. I just needed a quick stopping point for the weekend and it was perfect. WiFi was solid so I got work done at night as well.

It's small, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. The reclining loveseat is great for someone like myself who sleeps with a CPAP. Very close to downtown Fort Collins, which is a great place to dine, shop, and walk around. The host, Steve, introduced himself on our day of departure and thanked us in person for staying here. Nice guy! I highly recommend this place for parents that are in town visiting their kid at CSU!
