The studio was very clean and comfortable. The morning light is wonderful if you open the blinds on the east side. The garden is beautiful on all the other sides and the host, Steve is welcoming and communicative. There is a generous walk-in closet with a small suitcase table, so you can stash you things and enjoy the lovely space uncluttered. One thing to note is the shower door is a bit narrow (about 18 inches) but it's a good size shower with multiple ledges to put your soap and stuff on and even some grab bars. The neighborhood was lovely quiet and a pleasure to walk in. It's a short, pleasant walk to a small market. The studio is a lovely place to stay and I hope to stay there again when I'm in Fort Collins. Thank you, Steve!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom in Ft. Collins. The neighborhood was wonderful, and we loved being able to walk to Old Town restaurants/shops and the Fourth of July fireworks. It was also a great location for visiting Loveland (4th St. Boutiques) and Estes Park ( Rockies ). We’d definitely stay here again! Steve was a great host.
