About this villa rental
Overlooking the village of Murato, 15 minutes from the port of St. Florent, 20 minutes from Poretta airport and 25 minutes from the port of Bastia MAREDDA you will enjoy a beautiful 3000 m2 plot consists of plant species local with terrace and pool. A MAREDDA home is an old barn dating from 1798, renovated in a traditional architectural style enjoys a setting both natural, preserved and authentic, built on two levels, has a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen fully equipped; Upstairs, two bedrooms with individual bathrooms and sanitary. An extra bed is envisageableVous easily have all the amenities needed for your stay. The village of Murato in fact has a food store, a bakery, a butcher shop, a delicatessen, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants as well as a taxi business.
Summer and winter, many activities will offer to you. The village offers a discovery tour entitled "stones and water." This is a heritage trail allows you to contemplate the Church of St. Michael, one of the most famous and remarkable of the island, but also laundries, communal ovens, smokehouses chestnuts, the palace of the currency area General Pascal Paoli, the church of St. Jean with its triangular central tower or the birthplace of fieschi, inventor and user of the infernal machine.
The town is also crossed by the river Bevinco whose "pozzi" of clear water will allow you to refresh yourself in a largely sunny

Lovely villa, great pool, the owner John Paul is a very nice and helpful person. The village of Murato is very quiet but all the residents and shop owners very kind (and love children!)
Villa is beautiful but not suitable for a mobile baby (open staircase and sheer drop from first floor), and there isn’t any shade during the day outside. An investment in some outdoor parasols would be a good idea.
We’d really recommend the villa, but for a couple or a family with older children.
