this is the second time i have rented this cabin and it gets better every time. the traffic is low by the cabin and the scene from the decks are beautiful. the cabin is comfortable and the walk to the beach is short. with the bedrooms upstairs it is nice not to disturb others that are resting but the pull out downstairs is great for the last ones going to bed. all imentities were functioning as should and location to restaurants and shopping was a short trip

The property was beautiful!! The location was the best!! We loved the people, the place, the atmosphere, and the relaxation of the beach! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!

The house is older, but sufficient.
Desperately needs a DEEP clean.
Cobb Realty could use a refresher on what it means to be in the hospitality industry. They charge extra for linens (lots extra). They do not provide any toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sponges...etc. Be prepared to bring or purchase your own. When we arrived there was a few sheets of paper left on one roll in one bathroom.
Makes you appreciate the hosts that go the extra mile to make sure their guests are provided with at least enough to start.
We will not rent any house from Cobb Realty again.
