Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Fewo. Die Lage auf der Strandstraße ist sehr zentral, tagsüber sehr frequentiert, aber am Abend sehr ruhig. Die Nachtruhe wird nicht gestört. Die Tiefgarage ist vorteilhaft, aber die Einfahrt und die Stellplätze sind sehr eng. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was nicht unbedingt obligatorisch für eine Fewo ist. Lobenswert.
