Elegant and sophisticated penthouse with breathtaking ocean views in Arpoador (Ipanema and Copacabana junction), one block from Copacabana Beach, few blocks from Ipanema's beach. This penthouse has recently been completely renovated, turning it into Rio's most anticipated and ultimate experience.

There is a large bright living room with floor to ceiling windows facing the endless blue of the ocean, letting in great sunlight all throughout the day, and at night. This stunning property features a modern style kitchen, and has been divided into 2 spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite bathrooms, another bathroom is available for the 2nd room, along with another living space if you need a bit more room. All the rooms have been fully kitted with everything that is needed to define an exquisite stay - from the amenities in the living room, to the en-suite bathroom, to the modern kitchen.
There is also a safebox.
Both room and master suite have ocean views, and when you step out onto the large terrace, you'll feel the true beauty of Rio. This is the perfect location for some small entertainmen.
A maid is available (US$ 50/ day).
Simply, this is a very nice penthouse on a great location, and very functional in Rio de Janeiro with high end equipment (videoprojector, 500 Mbps Internet, business chair, extra 27 inch monitor to ease your work.
Additional amenities include: laser printer, elevator, outdoor space, ac, doorman 24h, bars/restaurants nearby.

We are from South Africa and decided to go to South America for a holiday because its a place we have never been. We booked to go to Argentina for a week and then to Rio, where we booked this apartment of Yann. We were so impressed with Yann and his response time, he was very informative, could speak English well and gave us really good tips. His apartment is extremely well located, a 2 min walk from Copacabana and an easy 10 min stroll to Ipanema. Great restaurants in the area. The apartment was beautiful and more than what we expected. The views are amazing and during new year and we could see the street parades down below. Very good lighting options in the apartment with options for a vibey atmosphere or relaxed. Very good security too. The sound system is excellent, also unlimited wifi with no problems. There is also great Carrier aircon throughout... this was a life saver as it was extremely hot and humid. Taxis are always available and are very cheap. We highly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed.
