Clean sheets and clean enough facilities. I have worked as a cleaner myself so I probably see more than the average person. I rented a small room (bed, shelves and nightstand) which came with shared areas: kitchen, living room and bathroom (with shower). It was quiet and cozy. There were some things that needed repair but it was overall well fitted. My nightstand’s drawer was broken and the magnets for the mirrorshelf in the bathroom were detached. The downsides were my interactions with the staff… 3 encounters. The 1st, on check-in. The desk was not manned during “manned” hours 9-17 and when the person finally showed up after many unanswered calls, they were grumpy, tired, pretty rude and didn’t seem to have a handle on things. The 2nd encounter was rather creepy for me as a woman. I was asked for ID when I had a opened the main door with a key card, was called “good girl” for something arbitrary, someone knocked on my door when I was alone, when I didn’t answer, they entered my room (I was in the bathroom), and when I spoke to the knocker, they said “you have paid” and walked away. The last encounter was not bad. Simply checked out, and the person was polite. All in all, it’s a cheap place close to downtown. Don’t expect much of the staff and I hope you have a better experience than I did.
