Nous avons apprécié l’appartement spacieux, propre avec une très grande terrasse et une vue magnifique sur le port. Notre contact de l’agence a été très agréable, serviable et réactif. La piscine est vraiment grande, toujours calme et le maître nageur très sérieux.
La décoration de l’appartement vieillotte, ça mériterait une petite mise à jour mais en aucun cas gênant pour le séjour. Le canapé du salon était un vieux clic clac dont le matelas s’affaissait complètement. Dommage que la Clim dans la pièce de vie n’ait pas de vraie évacuation ( bidon d’eau qu’il fallait vider).
Il manquait également le Wifi.

-Nice to be so close to the port. Beautiful and quiet
-big private garden
-dish washer
-swimming pool only 5 min away for the days it was to windy for the beach
-washing machine.
-private parking
-air conditioning in the living room
-the matrimonial bed was really really extremely uncomfortable.
You could feel all the springs and in all my years of travelling it’s the worst I have slept on. Especially if you are a side sleeper because I had all the springs hurting my body.
The sofa bed was more comfortable!
I highly recommend the to the owner to change it because It the only bad thing about this apartment.

The pool was great and the bed very comfy. The apartment has most things you would need and it was very helpful to have two showers and the use of the parking
The check in process wasn't very efficient and I think most things about the space were lovely but some little touches would make it great such as making the garden area a bit nicer and small extras like a toilet roll holder in the bathrooms/the toilet seat wasn't attached properly which felt quite unsafe but largely the space was great

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour accéder au centre ville et aux commerces.
Grande terrasse appréciable.
Parking privé.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement mais le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.
L'équipement (réfrigérateur qui ferme mal, ballais cassé, hotte cassée).
L'appartement pourrait être très agréable si il était plus soigné et mieux entretenu. La décoration serait à revoir.
Attention, la piscine est à l'extérieur de la résidence mais reste accessible facilement à 300 mètres à pied.

"Location great. 15 minutes walk to the main bars & restaurants in the town centre, but a very scenic walk along the harbour. Still 3 bars/restaurants next to the complex anyway.
